- Contribute to the definition and implementation of a comprehensive records management and historical archives policy to capitalise and safeguard the brand’s knowledge and heritage.
- Optimise documentary workflows and information circulation across departments to improve access and compliance.
- Collect, classify, inventory and preserve both physical and digital archives, ensuring rigorous provenance and traceability.
- Maintain and administer documentary and heritage databases, keeping metadata and catalogues up to date.
- Oversee preventive conservation measures and security protocols to protect documents while guaranteeing confidentiality.
- Conduct archival research and advise internal stakeholders on the use and valorisation of archival materials.
- Collaborate on projects to promote the documentary heritage (publications, exhibitions, events).
- Support the service’s digital transformation through the adoption and administration of dedicated digital tools and applications.
- University degree or equivalent in archives, records management, library and information science, or a related discipline.
- Solid knowledge of records management principles and historical archives practices.
- Proven proficiency with databases and archival standards/metadata schemas.
- Excellent written and spoken French; professional command of English is an advantage.
- Demonstrated rigor, synthesis skills, strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Discretion, respect for confidentiality, autonomy and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Minimum three years’ relevant professional experience in a demanding or specialist environment (industry, luxury, heritage preferred).

Minimum three years’ professional experience in archives, records management or a related field, preferably within luxury, heritage, museum or high-demand industrial environments.
University degree or equivalent in archives, records management, library & information science, or a related discipline.
