3. Plan and organize internships, preparing apprentices for examinations.

5. Develop pedagogical skills to enhance training effectiveness.
6. Participate in the recruitment process for new apprentices.
7. Engage in apprenticeship-related events.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
9. Organize and conduct technical training sessions for employees.
10. Ensure effective coordination with internal and external partners.

1. Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in watchmaking finishing.
2. Experience in training is advantageous.
3. Strong knowledge of automatic finishing processes.
4. Familiarity with Swiss professional training systems.

Previous experience in training within the watchmaking industry is considered an asset.
