Rolex Application Engineer / Business Analyst PLM

1. Gather user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
2. Participate in all phases of PLM projects, from need identification to post-deployment support.
3. Provide PLM user assistance through helpdesk services.
4. Conduct functional testing prior to solution delivery to end users.
5. Coordinate activities with other departments responsible for the development and maintenance of the Windchill platform and migrations.
6. Ensure follow-up on open tickets with solution vendors.

1. University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of similar experience in the industrial or avionics sector.
3. Proven functional experience with PTC's Windchill solution.

1. Proficiency in MPMLink, PDMLink, and PartsLink modules. Knowledge of other modules such as Workgroup Manager Creo and Workflow is a plus.
2. Comfortable with ERP and MES environments; developed skills in Creo and/or SAP are advantageous.
3. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, customer service orientation, and team spirit.
4. Native French speaker with a good command of English.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial or avionics sector.

University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
