Rimowa Supply Chain Coordinator

1. Oversee the movement of finished goods from distribution points to clients.
2. Coordinate distribution of finished goods for assigned stores.
3. Plan and coordinate timely deliveries of new products.
4. Assist with product availability and delivery processing for store openings and closures.
5. Distribute visual merchandising products and collaterals to stores and franchise partners.
6. Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand and ensure fair distribution.
7. Process and track orders for timely and accurate delivery.
8. Serve as a key contact between internal departments and external partners.
9. Conduct weekly calls with assigned stores for updates and information exchange.
10. Identify and resolve supply chain inefficiencies.
11. Monitor shipments and report issues to the Logistics Manager.
12. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and optimize stock availability.
13. Prepare reports for stakeholders and track key performance indicators.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification.
2. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain.
3. Fluent in German and English.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain management.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification.
