1. Lead the team alongside the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and assume leadership in their absence.
2. Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends.
3. Develop the team and train new colleagues.
4. Maintain store organization in line with RIMOWA visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Provide an outstanding client experience and foster brand loyalty.
6. Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
7. Be a team player, eager to learn about products, brand, and history.

1. Experienced in people management.
2. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
