1. Lead the team alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, assuming leadership in their absence.
2. Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends.
3. Develop and train new team members.
4. Maintain store organization in line with RIMOWA's visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Deliver exceptional client experiences, fostering personal RIMOWA journeys.
6. Cultivate long-term client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
7. Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
8. Exhibit teamwork, embodying RIMOWA's values and uplifting team spirit.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Experience in people management and team development.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with team members and clients.
4. Enthusiasm for retail and delivering memorable client experiences.
5. Keen eye for visual details and achieving team objectives.
6. Proactive approach to client engagement and relationship building.
7. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
