Store Operations Coordinator

1. Support the Store Manager in administrative activities and daily store operations, including opening, closing, deliveries, stock management, repairs, and back office operations.
2. Provide an outstanding client experience, ensuring clients embark on their personal RIMOWA journey.
3. Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
4. Build long-term relationships with clientele to foster brand loyalty and offer impeccable client care.
5. Coordinate the POS tool, manage the client database, and support admin-related topics with HQ.
6. Participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store as a team player.

1. First experience with operations and administration.
2. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
