Rimowa Store Operations Coordinator

- Assist the Store Manager in administrative tasks and daily operations, including opening, closing, deliveries, stock management, repairs, and back-office functions.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring each customer embarks on a personalized RIMOWA journey.
- Handle special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, enhancing brand loyalty through impeccable client care and after-sales service.
- Coordinate POS tools, manage the client database, and support administrative matters with headquarters.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve the store's overall objectives.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations and administration.
- Passion for storytelling, lifestyle, luxury, and travel.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for retail and creating memorable client experiences.
- Proactive approach to client interaction and relationship building.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations and administration within a retail environment.
