Store Operations Coordinator

1. Support the Store Manager in all administrative activities and daily store operations, including opening, closing, deliveries, stock, repairs, back office operations, and communication.
2. Provide an outstanding and unforgettable client experience.
3. Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
4. Build long-term relationships with clientele to foster brand loyalty and offer impeccable client care and after-sales service.
5. Coordinate the POS tool, manage the client database, and support all admin-related topics with HQ.
6. Perform as a team player and participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.

1. First experience with operations and administration.
2. Fluent in German and English. Additional languages are a plus.
