1. Assist the Store Manager with administrative tasks and daily store operations, including opening, closing, deliveries, stock management, repairs, and back-office operations.
2. Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring each customer embarks on a unique RIMOWA journey.
3. Handle special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
4. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty and provide impeccable after-sales service.
5. Manage the POS system, oversee the client database, and support administrative tasks with headquarters.
6. Contribute as a team player to achieve the store's overall objectives.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the sector.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
