Rimowa Store Operations Coordinator

- Assist the Store Manager with administrative tasks and daily store operations, including opening, closing, deliveries, stock management, repairs, and back-office operations.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring each customer embarks on a unique RIMOWA journey.
- Handle special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty and provide impeccable after-sales service.
- Manage the POS system, oversee the client database, and support administrative tasks with headquarters.
- Contribute as a team player to achieve the store's overall objectives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the sector.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for storytelling, lifestyle, luxury, and travel.
- Experience in operations and administration.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for retail and delivering memorable client experiences.
- Proactive and collaborative approach to client interactions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations and administration within the luxury retail sector.
