1. Manage, coach, supervise, and motivate the team on the sales floor.
2. Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence in retail activities.
3. Maximize sales performance through product knowledge education and coaching staff in selling and clientele skills.
4. Assist client advisors in achieving individual goals by monitoring selling processes and providing feedback.
5. Enable in-store technicians and operations teams to deliver impeccable aftersales service and smooth operations.
6. Analyze weekly and monthly performance, create action plans, and communicate reports to the General Manager.
7. Support and uphold RIMOWA values and competencies, striving to exceed expectations.
8. Lead by example in demonstrating RIMOWA sales and service model, ensuring outstanding client experiences.
9. Ensure store tidiness, compliance with health and safety regulations, and proper execution of visual merchandising.

1. Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment.
