Rimowa Store Director

- Implement strategies to enhance the luxury customer experience and achieve business excellence.
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to excellence.
- Oversee flawless store operations, collaborating closely with headquarters.
- Ensure customer service exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.
- Develop and maintain a loyal customer base using advanced CRM tools.
- Strengthen relationships with VIP clients and manage PR engagements.
- Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement strategic improvements.
- Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with merchandising for optimal stock levels and visual standards.
- Foster a supportive work environment through goal setting, performance feedback, and team-building activities.
- Attract, recruit, and develop top talent in the industry.
- Manage client care services, optimizing processes for repairs, warranties, and exchanges.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and effective cost control.
- Complete necessary paperwork and reporting accurately and on time.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proven track record in managing a high-traffic store as a Store Manager.
- University degree in a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and coaching team members.
- Ability to interact with clients in a sophisticated manner.
- Proficiency with digital tools and POS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive and innovative approach to improving store processes and customer experiences.
- Fluency in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in luxury retail, with a proven track record in managing high-traffic stores.
University degree in a related field.
A competitive salary based on experience with an additional profit-sharing scheme.
