1. Lead major new product development projects, coordinating with Marketing and Design teams.
2. Manage technical design, cost analysis, homologation, and project scheduling and budgeting.
3. Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives for complex projects.
4. Conduct feasibility studies and design product architecture proposals.
5. Create and validate product definition and design justification files.
6. Plan and implement pre-projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
7. Monitor project KPIs, progress, and resolve issues and risks.
8. Identify best processes and technologies for prototyping and material selection.
9. Manage the homologation process for products and components.
10. Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management across departments.

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
2. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
3. Experience in process standardization and cross-functional team leadership.
4. Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate effectively.
5. Innovative and agile mindset with a proactive approach.
6. Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years in a relevant field, with substantial experience in project management and product development.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
