Senior Project Manager

1. Manage and lead product definition and major projects.
2. Develop new products in collaboration with Marketing and Design.
3. Oversee technical design, cost, homologation, project schedule, and budget management.
4. Implement complex projects for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
5. Collaborate with Style, Marketing, Technical Designers, Prototypists, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality teams.

1. Engineering/technical bachelor's degree
2. At least 7 years of work experience in a similar position
3. Fluency in English; German or French is a plus

1. Solid experience in data management and analysis
2. Result-driven with strong analytical and critical skills
3. Experience in process standardization
4. Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional and multicultural teams
5. Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics
6. Practical, innovative, and agile mindset

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
