1. Oversee the operational management of export and import processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant customs and trade regulations.
2. Plan, coordinate, and monitor international goods flows from order receipt to delivery at customer locations or global hubs.
3. Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documents, including freight bills, packing lists, customs declarations, and certificates of origin.
4. Communicate with freight forwarders, external warehouses, customs authorities, and other external partners.
5. Proactively monitor shipments and independently troubleshoot supply chain disruptions.
6. Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
7. Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to ensure seamless shipping preparation and execution.
8. Handle claims and damage cases related to transportation.
9. Generate reports and analyses to monitor logistics performance.
10. Support the implementation of new logistics projects.

1. Successful completion of training in international logistics, preferably a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in export/import, ideally within an internationally operating company.
3. In-depth knowledge of customs and trade regulations as well as the international logistics market in air and sea freight.

1. Proficient in MS Office applications with a strong aptitude for learning new software.
2. Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
3. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
4. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
5. High resilience and flexibility.

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in export/import, ideally within an internationally operating company.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in international logistics.
