Rimowa Retail Training Intern

1. Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.
2. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
3. Support trainers with data export, follow-up communications, and Q&A management.
4. Collect and organize feedback from training sessions to support continuous improvement.
5. Maintain accurate training records and assist in preparing reports for management review.
6. Perform various administrative tasks to support the Training & Development team.
7. Conduct marketing intelligence and competitor reviews.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Retail, Learning & Development, Business, or Creative Design.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with e-learning platforms is a plus.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideal for those at the start of their career journey.

Currently pursuing a degree in Retail, Learning & Development, Business, or Creative Design.
