Rimowa Retail Support Associate

- Support the Store Manager by executing daily operational tasks to maximize store productivity and performance.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments: monitor flows, perform box counts, validate bills of lading and promptly report discrepancies, shortages or damages.
- Receive and process merchandise onto the selling floor; complete transfer forms and ensure accurate tracking and placement of all paid goods.
- Prepare and execute year‑end inventory counts, including pre-count preparation and post-count reconciliation.
- Perform basic luggage repairs using small hand tools and coordinate follow-up on client repair requests.
- Determine appropriate shipping methods and prepare required shipping documentation.
- Maintain stock areas, storerooms and cash wraps to company standards; ensure operational supplies are stocked and store readiness is met.
- Assist the selling floor with product placement, stock recovery and ad hoc client support; utilize the R-client tool to contact clients about repairs or product proposals when appropriate.
- Perform deliveries and undertake new projects or tasks as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of retail or retail‑operations experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills; able to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Practical problem‑solving ability, positive attitude and demonstrated teamwork.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly.

Minimum three years of experience in retail operations, stock management or a related role; experience in luxury retail or with premium products is preferred.
