Rimowa Retail Performance and Operations Intern

- Monitor and analyze RIMOWA’s commercial performance on an international scale.
- Interact with central teams such as Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, IT, and Finance, as well as regional teams for ad hoc topics.
- Support the analysis of retail performance across stores and markets.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and weekly/monthly retail performance reports.
- Contribute to the definition and tracking of key business metrics including sales, productivity, service indicators, and conversion rates.
- Provide ad hoc analyses to support management decisions.
- Assist in collateral management for boutiques.
- Coordinate operational flow initiatives, such as in-store music and facility touchpoints, to enhance client experience.
- Participate in building guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across the retail network.
- Support the monitoring and roll-out of retail operations projects in collaboration with HQ and regional teams.
- Higher education qualification (BAC+5) in a gap year or final year internship, from an engineering or business school.
- Proficiency in English is required; another language is appreciated.
- Previous internship experience in data, retail, consulting, or luxury industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Strong interest in luxury retail operations and client experience.
Entry-level, suitable for candidates with previous internship experience in data, retail, consulting, or the luxury industry.
Higher education qualification (BAC+5) in a gap year or final year internship, from an engineering or business school.
