- Lead the Client Care network in Japan, managing in-store repair networks and workshop centers, including direct reports.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining repair excellence and addressing client concerns.
- Monitor and enhance performance through KPI analysis and continuous improvement plans.
- Optimize costs and revenue of repairs by preparing budgets and implementing cost-reduction strategies.
- Engage in the Client Care community by participating in projects and sharing best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations.
- Proven team management experience and strong leadership skills.
- Client-oriented with a demonstrated ability to develop effective business relationships.
- Structured mindset with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proficiency in data analysis and MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to manage operational details while understanding the broader business context.
A minimum of 10 years in Supply Chain and Operations, with a focus on team management and client relations.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
