1. Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communications strategies in alignment with the Marketing & Communication Director.
2. Craft strategic PR plans and annual calendars in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
3. Organize and coordinate PR activities, employing effective strategies and tactics.
4. Enhance brand awareness and visibility through diverse media channels.
5. Oversee daily PR operations, collaborating with regional PR agencies and stakeholders, and managing press releases and content in both English and Japanese.
6. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with press, media, influencers, and VIPs.
7. Collaborate with the social media team to disseminate local content across platforms.
8. Conceptualize and execute press events such as store openings and product launches.
9. Lead and manage PR agencies to leverage their expertise for RIMOWA.
10. Identify and explore new PR opportunities.
11. Analyze PR campaign results and prepare comprehensive reports.
12. Manage PR budgets and oversee expenditures.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in public relations.
2. Proficiency in both Japanese and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
4. Strong project and budget management capabilities.
