3. Train regional teams on new processes and tools.
4. Support project implementation post-launch, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
5. Collaborate on a diverse range of projects from operations to retail.
6. Ensure accurate usage of information systems by users and data integrity.
7. Monitor weekly KPIs, supporting regions in achieving targets such as lead time and productivity.
8. Assist in drafting various documents and monthly reports.
9. Manage spare parts consumption and stock across stores and repair workshops.
10. Monitor monthly budgets, focusing on cost reduction in repairs.
