1. Compile and generate production metrics and reports, conducting regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
2. Assist production management in the planning and allocation of production resources.
3. Plan and execute production projects.
4. Organize 5S audits, analyze results, and support optimization initiatives.
5. Implement measures to enhance workplace safety and ergonomics in production.
6. Prepare and conduct workshops.
7. Facilitate communication between production departments and external interfaces such as engineering, production planning, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless production operations.

1. Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
2. Initial professional experience in a production environment, ideally in a similar role, is advantageous.
3. Familiarity with production planning, process optimization, and Lean Management is desirable.
4. Strong analytical skills and a high level of problem-solving competence.
5. Excellent team and communication skills, with a self-reliant and structured working style.
6. Proficient in MS Office.
7. Fluent in German with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
