- Compile and generate production metrics and reports, conducting regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist production management in the planning and allocation of production resources.
- Plan and execute production projects.
- Organize 5S audits, analyze results, and support optimization initiatives.
- Implement measures to enhance workplace safety and ergonomics in production.
- Prepare and conduct workshops.
- Facilitate communication between production departments and external interfaces such as engineering, production planning, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless production operations.
- Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in a production environment, ideally in a similar role, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with production planning, process optimization, and Lean Management is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of problem-solving competence.
- Excellent team and communication skills, with a self-reliant and structured working style.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in German with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
