1. Assist in invoice processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
2. Support the development and implementation of procurement plans for a selected category of suppliers.
3. Manage internal orders in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
4. Aid in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support procurement and material planning activities.
5. Provide general administrative support to the procurement team, including filing, data entry, and documentation.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
5. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, at a minimum B2 level.

€14 per hour for a voluntary internship.
