1. Take full ownership of the LINE account, coordinating with Agency, CRM, and Media teams to enhance brand communication and optimize messaging for conversion.
2. Develop a comprehensive content and platform plan to create a holistic brand presence.
3. Align brand and tactical messages, collaborating with E-commerce and CRM teams to ensure performance.
4. Report on LINE activities to relevant stakeholders.
5. Initiate and execute localized content in collaboration with HQ Creative.
6. Propose and deliver exceptional local content, liaising with HQ for support on Japan projects.
7. Collaborate with CRM, Retail, and PR teams to realize RIMOWA events and Pop-Up experiences.
8. Identify innovative ways to position RIMOWA in the market.
9. Assess and create opportunities for sponsorships and partnerships to elevate the brand.
10. Manage and develop relationships with stakeholders.
11. Organize and handle press-related events with PR.
12. Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and potential influencers.
13. Coordinate seeding campaigns, gifting strategy, and reporting.
14. Utilize various media to positively impact RIMOWA's presence in Japan.

1. Background in Marketing and Communications for at least 7 years.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
3. Strong professional network to drive RIMOWA forward.
4. Deadline-oriented with excellent follow-up and reporting skills.
5. Quick and enthusiastic learner.
6. Understanding of social media and experience working with influencers.
7. Ability to respond well under pressure with strict time limits.
8. Capability to work on strategic plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
