- Take full ownership of the LINE account, coordinating with Agency, CRM, and Media teams to enhance brand communication and optimize messaging for conversion.
- Develop a comprehensive content and platform plan to create a holistic brand presence.
- Align brand and tactical messages, collaborating with E-commerce and CRM teams to ensure performance.
- Report on LINE activities to relevant stakeholders.
- Initiate and execute localized content in collaboration with HQ Creative.
- Propose and deliver exceptional local content, liaising with HQ for support on Japan projects.
- Collaborate with CRM, Retail, and PR teams to realize RIMOWA events and Pop-Up experiences.
- Identify innovative ways to position RIMOWA in the market.
- Assess and create opportunities for sponsorships and partnerships to elevate the brand.
- Manage and develop relationships with stakeholders.
- Organize and handle press-related events with PR.
- Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and potential influencers.
- Coordinate seeding campaigns, gifting strategy, and reporting.
- Utilize various media to positively impact RIMOWA's presence in Japan.
- Background in Marketing and Communications for at least 7 years.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Strong professional network to drive RIMOWA forward.
- Deadline-oriented with excellent follow-up and reporting skills.
- Quick and enthusiastic learner.
- Understanding of social media and experience working with influencers.
- Ability to respond well under pressure with strict time limits.
