Rimowa In-Store Operations Manager

- Lead the flagship store team alongside the Store Director and assume leadership in their absence.
- Ensure efficient store operations through task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory oversight.
- Build, manage, and develop a thriving store team.
- Drive strategic growth by analyzing product and consumer trends, supporting sales performance, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience, ensuring each customer embarks on a personal RIMOWA journey.
- Manage VIP client relationships, fostering brand loyalty and promoting a strong private appointment culture.
- Oversee all aspects of Client Care Service, adapting global strategies to ensure high-quality post-purchase customer care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to RIMOWA's growth.
- Embody RIMOWA's values, collaborate with colleagues, and uplift team spirit.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client care and store operations.
- Proven experience in people management and driving personal growth within a team.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and coaching team members.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for storytelling, lifestyle, luxury, and travel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, excelling in interactions with team members and clientele.
- Enthusiasm for retail and delivering memorable client experiences.
- Keen eye for visual details and achieving team objectives.
- Proactive approach to clientele and building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency with digital tools and POS systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience in client care and store operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
