1. Manage and maintain master data for spare parts.
2. Set up new products and services in relevant systems.
3. Coordinate repair profile modifications and store opening/closing procedures.
4. Grant and manage access to Power BI dashboards.
5. Perform daily credit note validation and monthly invoice compensation.
6. Oversee and manage RMS (Repair Management System) translations.
7. Process and implement warranty changes.
8. Provide comprehensive backend support to regional teams.
9. Offer ongoing support to franchises and external partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

1. Minimum 3 years of work experience in operations, master data, retail, or customer services.
2. Interest in technical details of products; experience with suitcase repairs is a plus.
3. Proven ability to develop effective business relationships and work cross-functionally.
4. Client-oriented with a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office package.
3. Attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Fluency in English and German.
