Rimowa Global Client Care Coordinator

- Manage and maintain master data for spare parts.
- Set up new products and services in relevant systems.
- Coordinate repair profile modifications and store opening/closing procedures.
- Grant and manage access to Power BI dashboards.
- Perform daily credit note validation and monthly invoice compensation.
- Oversee and manage RMS (Repair Management System) translations.
- Process and implement warranty changes.
- Provide comprehensive backend support to regional teams.
- Offer ongoing support to franchises and external partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in operations, master data, retail, or customer services.
- Interest in technical details of products; experience with suitcase repairs is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop effective business relationships and work cross-functionally.
- Client-oriented with a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in English and German.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in operations, master data, retail, or customer services.
