Rimowa E-Merchandising & Content Assistant Internship

- Support the launch of new products on the e-commerce platform in collaboration with product, marketing, and creative teams.
- Coordinate with the translation agency and manage the proofreading process across regions.
- Draft clear briefs for the contribution team to implement website updates.
- Assist in creating landing pages to bolster product launches.
- Test new products and content prior to production release.
- Manage and refresh permanent site images, suggesting updates as necessary.
- Aid regional teams in developing local content requests.
- Ensure consistency of the brand image across the website.
- Optimize product merchandising across various categories.
- Animate website content considering local events, seasonality, and recent updates.
- Propose enhancements to improve product sheets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to analyze KPIs of implemented actions.
- Summarize feedback and propose improvements.
- Monitor trends and best practices to foster innovation.
- 4 or 5 years of higher education in business, university, or equivalent, with a focus on e-commerce and content creation.
- Initial experience in e-commerce is preferred.
- Aesthetic and semantic sensibility with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SFCC and Google Analytics is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and motivational skills.
Ideal candidates will have some initial experience in e-commerce.
4 or 5 years of higher education in business school, university, or equivalent.
