Rimowa CRM IT Project Manager

1. Collaborate with global business teams to evaluate and qualify new CRM requirements, assess feasibility, and deliver effort estimates.
2. Translate business requirements into detailed user requirements and user stories.
3. Design technical solutions in collaboration with developers, architects, and technical leaders.
4. Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, documentation, testing, deployment, communication, reporting, change management, and incident resolution.
5. Organize daily agile activities with the development team and oversee release planning.
6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including domain managers and software vendors.
7. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level.
8. Contribute to defining the technical roadmap of platforms based on Salesforce product developments and industry best practices.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM IT project management.
2. Proven experience in developing project plans, process diagrams, use cases, and functional and technical requirements.
3. Strong IT and digital technical knowledge, particularly in Salesforce, integrations, data/SQL, web technologies, and iOS apps.
4. Experience with the Salesforce suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Certifications are advantageous.
5. Experience with MuleSoft and Talend is a plus.
6. Excellent command of English.
