Rimowa Deputy Store Director

- Lead the flagship store team alongside the Store Director, assuming leadership and management duties in their absence.
- Ensure efficient store operations, including task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory oversight.
- Build, manage, and develop a thriving store team.
- Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends, supporting sales performance and maximizing revenue.
- Provide an outstanding client experience, ensuring each customer embarks on a personal RIMOWA journey.
- Manage VIP client relationships to foster brand loyalty and strengthen customer connections.
- Align with the Store Director's strategic vision to manage all aspects of Client Care Service, adapting global strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the overall growth and success of RIMOWA.
- Embody team spirit, demonstrating diplomacy and collaboration to uplift team morale.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in people management.
- Experience in the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and training capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for team and client interactions.
- Proficiency in digital tools and POS systems.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for storytelling, lifestyle, luxury, and travel.
- Keen eye for visual details and achieving team objectives.
- Proactive approach to client relationships and collaboration.
Minimum of 5 years in people management, preferably within the luxury sector.
