1. Lead and manage production lines, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
2. Supervise team management, focusing on punctuality, attendance, and policy enforcement.
3. Oversee capacity planning, safety compliance, and material inventory control.

1. 5-7 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. 3-5 years of leadership experience in team management and project oversight.
3. Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
4. Experience in cross-functional projects and departmental collaboration.
5. Certification in manufacturing leadership, project management, or lean manufacturing preferred.
