- Lead the procurement planning by defining monthly purchase forecasts for a 2000 SKU spare part portfolio over a 12-month horizon.
- Execute weekly purchase orders to factories and suppliers to replenish the central hub.
- Decide on the ordering process based on MOQ, lead time, and demand volume, either via internal transfer or direct supplier engagement.
- Set up planning tools including stock coverage, safety stock, replenishment frequency, and ABC classification.
- Manage demand planning by forecasting spare parts needs based on historical data and market trends, adjusting for seasonality.
- Collaborate with the product design team to gather information on product launches and evolutions impacting demand.
- Ensure forecast accuracy and manage distribution planning from central to local hubs and repair workshops.
- Communicate proactively on spare parts topics to local markets, proposing substitutions and stock buffer setups.
- Ensure product visibility and availability to local hubs, workshops, and stores, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Contribute expertise to the S&OP Repair project for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent training in a commercial or technical environment.
- Proficiency in planning tools and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Synthetic and well-structured mindset with priority management.
- Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Fluency in English; German, Mandarin, or Japanese skills are advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, S&OP, or Planning, ideally within the luxury, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
