1. Lead the procurement planning by defining monthly purchase forecasts for a 2000 SKU spare part portfolio over a 12-month horizon.
2. Execute weekly purchase orders to factories and suppliers to replenish the central hub.
3. Decide on the ordering process based on MOQ, lead time, and demand volume, either via internal transfer or direct supplier engagement.
4. Set up planning tools including stock coverage, safety stock, replenishment frequency, and ABC classification.
5. Manage demand planning by forecasting spare parts needs based on historical data and market trends, adjusting for seasonality.
6. Collaborate with the product design team to gather information on product launches and evolutions impacting demand.
7. Ensure forecast accuracy and manage distribution planning from central to local hubs and repair workshops.
8. Communicate proactively on spare parts topics to local markets, proposing substitutions and stock buffer setups.
9. Ensure product visibility and availability to local hubs, workshops, and stores, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
10. Contribute expertise to the S&OP Repair project for continuous improvement.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent training in a commercial or technical environment.

1. Proficiency in planning tools and advanced Excel skills.
2. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
3. Synthetic and well-structured mindset with priority management.
4. Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
5. Fluency in English; German, Mandarin, or Japanese skills are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, S&OP, or Planning, ideally within the luxury, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
