- Manage and lead the annual compensation review process in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
- Oversee the review of Retail’s variable pay scheme, ensuring alignment with business needs and market competitiveness.
- Prepare consistent salary packages and secure approvals from headquarters and LVMH.
- Conduct salary and benefit surveys, analyzing results to recommend best practices.
- Ensure HR practices and policies comply with company standards and legal requirements.
- Lead benefit management and administration, including staff sales, discounts, and insurance.
- Manage monthly work attendance and payroll, ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with payroll vendors and LVMH Fashion Group Shared Services on tax and government-related payments.
- Prepare, manage, and analyze budgets and forecasts with stakeholders such as HRBP and Business Planning & Control teams.
- Manage annual HR accruals and review reports for headquarters submission.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for HR audits.
- Regularly review compensation and benefits processes for efficiency and legal compliance.
- Lead HR-related systems management, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Handle foreign workforce topics, including work visa applications and relocation arrangements.
- Collaborate with C&B lead at headquarters for initiatives and projects.
- Minimum of 5 years in a compensation and benefits role
- Business-level English and native Japanese proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Japanese labor law
- University degree
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Accuracy and speed in administrative tasks
- Project management skills
- Hands-on and team player with a can-do attitude
Minimum 5 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role.
