1. Inspect used and returned products to assess repair needs.
2. Repair or replace defective components using appropriate tools.
3. Test and adjust repaired products to ensure proper functionality.
4. Estimate repair costs, including labor and materials.
5. Inspect new products for defects or shipping damage and communicate findings.
6. Operate computerized inventory systems for tracking and ordering.
7. Assist in training CC Technician Trainees and store employees.
8. Load, unload, and move materials manually or with equipment.
9. Perform material handling activities such as counting, weighing, and sorting.
10. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations for safe working conditions.
11. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.

1. Minimum of two years' experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
2. High School diploma or equivalent education required.
3. Mechanical background with hand and power tools is essential.
4. Experience as a machine operator or assembler in manufacturing preferred.
5. Experience in luggage repair is required.

Minimum of three years in a relevant field, with hands-on experience using small hand tools and working within product repairs, particularly luggage.
