- Lead the monthly quality cycle in collaboration with Global Quality and Product Development Teams.
- Assess and prioritize actions to enhance product and process quality.
- Communicate outcomes of the monthly quality cycle to store teams and technicians.
- Develop, improve, and disseminate repair instructions and quality control processes across Retail, Customer Services, and Client Care communities.
- Conduct quantitative analyses on product performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate qualitative feedback loops with store teams and technicians to refine repair processes and product design.
- Consolidate quantitative data and qualitative feedback into a comprehensive monthly quality report.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Outstanding customer orientation and networking skills.

- Proven ability to identify issues and implement continuous improvement measures.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and performance-driven approach.
- Proficiency in data analysis and MS Excel; experience in RMS preferred.
- Fluency in English; German skills are advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
