Client Care Operations Manager

1. Develop effective supply chain strategies to optimize workflows for spare parts.
2. Define needs for product launches and ensure timely sourcing of spare parts.
3. Maintain appropriate stock service levels for stores and repair workshops.
4. Implement new technologies and methodologies to improve procurement and distribution processes.
5. Manage end-to-end logistics from shipment to delivery, including budgeting and scheduling.
6. Oversee spare parts hubs' activities to ensure efficient warehouse management.
7. Establish and share quality control processes with internal teams.
8. Perform quality analyses and organize monthly quality cycle loops.
9. Lead a team of 4 direct reports and enhance their capabilities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, master’s degree preferred.
2. Relevant certifications from APICS - CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management).

1. Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance concepts.
2. Exceptional team leadership skills.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to manage and execute operational details.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proven ability to develop effective business relationships.
7. Proficiency in data analysis and MS Excel.
8. Fluent English skills and good level of German (at least B2-level).

Proven experience of 8+ years in operations management within supply chain, logistics, or quality assurance.
