1. Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize workflows and ensure timely sourcing of spare parts.
2. Manage the end-to-end logistics flow, including budgeting and scheduling, to ensure efficient warehouse management.
3. Establish and maintain quality control processes in collaboration with the Quality team, aiming for continuous product improvements.
4. Lead a team of four direct reports, fostering their professional development and aligning team organization with business evolution.

1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management; a master’s degree is preferred.
2. Relevant certifications such as APICS - CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management).
3. Proven experience of 8+ years in operations management within supply chain, logistics, or quality assurance.

3. Excellent analytical abilities and practical problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and MS Excel.
5. Fluent in English and proficient in German (at least B2-level).

A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, specifically in supply chain, logistics, or quality assurance.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, master’s degree preferred.
