- Evaluate and execute luggage repairs on-site in the store's dedicated workshop.
- Utilize the Repair Management System for organizing repairs and ordering spare parts.
- Coordinate with the central Client Care Center in Cologne for extensive repair needs.
- Maintain the workshop, ensuring machinery and tools are in optimal condition.
- Assist in sales activities as needed.
