- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets through proactive selling and client development.
- Educate clients on brand history, product construction and the latest collections to drive informed purchases.
- Maintain and cultivate an active client book, prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships through timely follow‑up.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, including post‑sale support for repairs and enquiries.
- Operate store systems and POS, open/close registers, process payments and returns in accordance with company procedures.
- Conduct inventory counts, adhere to loss prevention policies and maintain store readiness and merchandising standards.
- Support team members to meet collective store objectives and participate in in‑store initiatives and events.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record developing client relationships and maintaining an active client book.
- Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving aptitude, collaborative team orientation and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.
- Knowledge of fashion and design trends and a genuine affinity for travel and lifestyle categories.

At least 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury goods sector, with demonstrable success in client development and meeting sales targets.
