- Strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics, ensuring continued customer engagement.
- Manage the processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a similar field.
- Strong customer focus with an intuitive sense for luxury.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage CRM goals and perform small on-site repairs.
