- Strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.
- Achieve individual CRM goals and participate in extensive product and repair training.
- Handle customer interactions from consultation to sales and small repairs on site.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics.
- Ensure first-class processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are ideal.
- Passionate about client-telling and enhancing the customer experience.
