Rimowa Client Advisor

1. Deliver exceptional, high-touch consultations that convert prospects into long-term clients and uphold the brand’s luxury service standards.
2. Achieve individual CRM targets through proactive clienteling, follow-up communications and database management.
3. Provide first-level on-site repairs and technical acceptance, liaising with the technical team to ensure timely, high-quality after-sales resolution.
4. Manage the entire after-sales lifecycle: intake, progress updates, coordination with workshops, and final return to the customer.
5. Support in-store merchandising, product presentations and sales operations at the Milan La Rinascente location.

1. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
2. Proven customer-centred attitude with polished interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
3. Comfort with technical aspects of product care and minor on-site repairs; willingness to complete brand training.
4. Previous experience in luxury retail preferred; open to motivated newcomers with strong potential.
5. Availability to work retail hours on site at Milan La Rinascente for the contract duration.

Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or client-facing sales roles preferred; motivated entrants with demonstrable customer-service aptitude may be considered.
