- Strengthen and expand customer relationships through excellent consultations.
- Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in customer interactions, including consultations, sales, and minor on-site repairs.
- Serve as a professional contact for all after-sales topics.
- Ensure high-quality repair processes from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in German and English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
- Customer-oriented with an intuitive sense for luxury.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer experiences.
