1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Proven ability to manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to manage CRM goals and perform minor repairs on-site.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury sector.
