1. Strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.
2. Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics, ensuring continued customer engagement.
3. Manage the repair process, ensuring high-quality standards from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
2. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
3. Passion for selling luxury products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

2. Strong customer service orientation.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, ideally within the luxury sector.
