- Strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics, ensuring continued customer engagement.
- Manage the repair process, maintaining high-quality standards from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but newcomers are welcome.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Passion for selling luxury products and enhancing the customer experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
