1. Lead the team alongside the store manager and assume leadership in their absence.
2. Ensure efficient store operations, including task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory oversight.
3. Drive strategic growth by analyzing product and consumer trends.
4. Deliver an outstanding client experience, ensuring each customer embarks on a personal RIMOWA journey.
5. Cultivate long-term client relationships to foster brand loyalty.
6. Coordinate with the client care department to assist with special requests and repairs.
7. Embody RIMOWA's values and collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance team spirit.

1. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail sector.
