Rimowa Assistant Store Manager

- Lead the team alongside the store manager and assume leadership in their absence.
- Ensure efficient store operations, including task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory oversight.
- Drive strategic growth by analyzing product and consumer trends.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience, ensuring each customer embarks on a personal RIMOWA journey.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships to foster brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with the client care department to assist with special requests and repairs.
- Embody RIMOWA's values and collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance team spirit.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail sector.
- Passion for storytelling, lifestyle, luxury, and travel.
- Proven people management skills with a focus on team growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with team members and clientele.
- Keen eye for visual details and achieving team objectives.
- Proactive approach to client engagement and relationship building.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail sector.
