1. Lead the team alongside the store manager and assume leadership in their absence.
2. Ensure efficient store operations through task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory management.
3. Drive strategic growth by analyzing product and consumer trends.
4. Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring each customer embarks on a personal RIMOWA journey.
5. Foster long-term client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
6. Coordinate with the client care department to handle special requests and repairs.
7. Collaborate with team members to embody RIMOWA's values and uplift team spirit.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the sector.
2. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
