1. Lead the team alongside the Store Manager and assume leadership in their absence.
2. Ensure efficient store operations, including task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory control.
3. Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends.
4. Deliver an outstanding client experience to both new and returning customers.
5. Cultivate long-term client relationships to foster brand loyalty.
6. Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
7. Exhibit teamwork, embodying RIMOWA's values and uplifting team spirit.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail sector.
2. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
