1. Ensure timely completion of production orders and plan subsequent orders.
2. Adhere to production and quality standards.
3. Prevent production downtimes and reduce setup times.
4. Report production downtimes and quality issues to department management.
5. Collaborate with maintenance to address and resolve machine malfunctions.
6. Achieve production targets and line takt.
7. Maintain Lean Management and 5S standards.
8. Contribute to workplace safety.
9. Support the final assembly management and act as the primary contact for line staff.
10. Lead and motivate team members.
11. Assist department management in preparing annual reviews.
12. Serve as a backup on the production line when necessary.
13. Organize materials, operational, and auxiliary resources.
14. Ensure regular maintenance and care of machinery and tools.

1. Proven expertise in all processes of final assembly adhering to quality standards.
2. Understanding of Just-in-Time principles.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and motivational ability.
4. Hands-on approach.
5. Adherence to escalation procedures.
6. Fluent in German; English proficiency is advantageous.
