1. Process and record incoming invoices accurately.
2. Review and record travel expenses.
3. Prepare and execute payment runs.
4. Maintain creditor master data.
5. Reconcile and clarify accounts.
6. Handle inquiries from creditors and internal departments.
7. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
8. Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

1. Completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk.
2. Experience in accounts payable management is desirable.

1. Strong knowledge of relevant VAT regulations.
2. Independent and structured work approach.
3. Hands-on mentality with readiness and flexibility.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
5. SAP knowledge is advantageous.
6. Fluent in German and proficient in English.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, though experience in accounts payable management is advantageous.

Completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk.
