1. Collaborate with the international accounting manager and the French accounting team to assist in the accounting closing process.
2. Participate in continuous improvement projects within the department.
3. Manage supplier and third-party accounting tasks, including data entry, follow-up, and verification.
4. Update third-party supplier information on internal CRM and SAP accounting software.
5. Perform account lettering and bank reconciliations.
6. Allocate costs analytically on invoices and purchase requisitions.
7. Issue and enter invoices for accounts receivable.
8. Follow up on payments and send reminders for unpaid invoices.
9. Verify and letter expense reports and business bank cards.
10. Monitor and manage fixed assets.
11. Contribute to closing operations, including verification of intercompany flows and preparation of balance sheets and tax returns.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting (Bac +2 / Bac +3) or DCG.
2. Ideally, some initial experience in accounting, either in a firm or corporate setting.

2. Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment.
3. Proficiency in English.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with minimal experience, ideally some exposure to accounting practices.
