Richemont Workshop and Line Manager

1. Lead day-to-day operations of the workshop and production line, ensuring timely delivery against production schedules.
2. Supervise, mentor and develop a multi‑disciplinary team of watchmakers and technicians, managing rostering and performance.
3. Implement and enforce quality-control procedures to meet haute horlogerie standards and internal specifications.
4. Manage resource allocation, tooling and equipment maintenance to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
5. Coordinate cross‑functional activities with quality, engineering, supply chain and R&D to resolve production issues and introduce improvements.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (process optimisation, waste reduction, 5S) and capture operational KPIs.
7. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain a disciplined, traceable production environment.

1. Diploma in watchmaking (CFC) or equivalent technical qualification in micromechanics/precision engineering.
2. Proven leadership ability with experience supervising skilled artisan teams in a precision manufacturing context.
3. Strong knowledge of quality control methods and inspection techniques applicable to luxury watch components.
4. Ability to interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions and control plans.
5. Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail and a commitment to craft excellence.
