- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions and levels across the Middle East region on a 12‑month fixed-term basis, from role brief to offer and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role profiles, hiring strategies and candidate selection criteria, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.
- Source, engage and nurture talent pipelines using proactive sourcing techniques and external networks to secure high-calibre candidates for luxury and corporate roles.
- Coordinate interview logistics, assessment activities and stakeholder feedback to ensure a rigorous, timely and consistent selection process.
- Ensure compliance with UAE employment regulations and company policy; liaise with HR operations on contract generation, work permits and relocation where required.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) and recommend process improvements to enhance candidate experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives and local talent attraction activities including campus outreach and industry events as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Proven track record in full‑cycle recruitment (3–5 years) with exposure to luxury retail, corporate functions or professional services preferred.
- Practical knowledge of UAE/GCC labour market dynamics, visa processes and regulatory requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to consult and drive hiring decisions at all levels.

Typically 3–5 years of progressive recruitment experience. Prior exposure to luxury brands, retail recruitment or hiring across the GCC/UAE market is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD or equivalent) is advantageous.
