1. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition community to understand and execute the full cycle of the recruitment process.
2. Support Talent Acquisition Partners and business units in building robust pipelines of future talent.
3. Receive comprehensive training in recruitment procedures, tools, and practices.
4. Learn effective headhunting techniques and candidate relationship management to expand talent networks.
5. Apply a diversity and inclusion perspective to all talent activities to identify exceptional candidates.
6. Assist Talent Acquisition experts in expanding talent pools and anticipating future business needs.
7. Ensure all public activities align with Richemont's Employer Branding directives.
8. Support university and school initiatives as required.
9. Utilize systems and manage data efficiently to contribute to the success of the Talent Acquisition function.

1. Fluency in German and English.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources is essential.

This is a paid internship, including reimbursement for commuting expenses.
