- Deliver personalised styling and wardrobe curation for individual clients, translating brand heritage into tailored looks.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth and regular clients through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up.
- Provide expert product advice across relevant categories (e.g., ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods, jewellery), communicating product provenance and technical details.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales objectives while maximising average transaction value and conversion.
- Use the store CRM to record client preferences, track opportunities and coordinate client outreach campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with the store team on visual merchandising, stock rotation and product presentations to support seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate bespoke services (reservations, special orders, alterations) and liaise with after-sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Represent the brand at client events and private appointments, maintaining impeccable professional presentation and client confidentiality.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail, personal styling or client-facing roles within premium fashion or jewellery.
- Demonstrable track record of building and retaining a discerning client base and meeting sales targets.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with polished verbal presentation and an aptitude for consultative selling.
- Deep appreciation of luxury craftsmanship, materials and contemporary fashion trends.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends, and availability for private appointments and client events.

High school diploma required; degree or coursework in fashion, merchandising, styling or a related discipline preferred.
